Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service or courier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage to be resent.
